Saibal also brings an experience of having done his own startup in the automotive space. Currently associated with a leading automobile startup to roll out EV ecosystem in various parts of the country as well as neighboring countries.

With several years of work experience in SAIL, Swain teaches in operations, supply chain, technology management, business intelligence, and data analytics. R/D & publications include predictive and social media analytics, operations and supply chain, and corporate sustainability.
